Nadya Larionova

Nadya Larionova is a full-time impressionist and contemporary figurative artist currently based in Moscow, Russia.

She started College of Architecture and Design in 2014 and simultaneously started her art career and developing her own distinctive artistic style which makes her works full charactered, recognizable and attractive for the art collectors all over the world.
Her alive still-lifes, comforting nature in landscapes, both in oil on canvas and soft media on canvas and paper are the main distinctive features of Nadya's remarkable style. Nadya invented her own manner of painting hands which also became one of the hallmarks of her style and integral part of her paintings.
Since the beginning of 2018 Nadya's artworks start to look more impressionistic: flakes are more expressive and colours are more bright. By the start of 2019 she added fast sketches in her practice in various topics surround her. The most valuable sketches are garden plants, household and metro passengers. Figurativeness by Nadya Larionova is bright and sensuous.

Nadya works with oil and mixed media on canvas, also her favourite mediums are watercolor and soft materials such as charcoal and pastel on paper. She likes experiments in various techniques and materials such as gouache, tempera, ink, acrylic and sketch markers. All types of artworks are remarkable and deserve attention.
Paintings and drawings by Nadya Larionova are in private collections in Russia and abroad.

Artist's statement :
Nadya Larionova is focusing on exploring the anatomy of such beautiful emotions as harmony, optimism, happiness, joy and health. Her point is every paint spread spirit and energetics and it is important to paint positive emotions and in good emotions. Moreover such paints give lacking for happiness energy and even take care and treat.


Nadya gives individual sessions of Art Therapy to help for fill harmony around and inside. Also she gives basics in painting to try yourself in art and joy in general.
